    The current study aims to know the role of the ” TELUM“ program dedicated to accompanying the newly employed professor at the Algerian University in helping them acquire the necessary skills to practice their profession. 53) A professor of both sexes, who have received training in the program.The researcher has reached the following results: The training program ” TELUM“ has a role in raising the degree of professional competence of newly hired professors to a medium degree. There are no statistically significant differences in the application of the program by newly hired professors due to the variable of the training season.

    La présente étude vise à connaître le rôle du programme »TELUM« dédié à l’accompagnement du professeur nouvellement embauché à l’Université algérienne pour l’aider à acquérir les compétences néces-saires à l’exercice de son métier.53) Un professeur des deux sexes, ayant reçu une formation en le programme.Le chercheur est arrivé aux résultats suivants: Le programmer de formation »TELUM« a pour rôle d’élever à un dégrée moyen le dégrée de compétence professionnelle des professeurs nouvellement recrutés. Il n’y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans l’application du programme par les professeurs nouvellement embauchés en raison de la variable de la saison de formation.
