    The intervention centers on “the composition of the two components” in terms of trying to develop a directive and procedural guide for the process of formation that calls for new engineering, away from the teaching and presentation of the contents of the materials or the formative units. This guide uses the boldness of the concepts and theoretical approaches to active pedagogical practices and approaches. On the other hand, it also works to control the contents and the content per se, as the experience that will be talked about is the process of training new university professors, and also to try to develop mechanisms for the continuation of the process of formation until after the year of waiting and to ensure the comprehensiveness of this composition for all classes of the teaching staff (engineering professors). This is flowing with a functional vision, which will ensure the review and improvement of the structural elements in the process of the composition of the building blocks in the process of the Ministry’s procedural

    L’intervention porte sur la »composition des deux composantes« en ce qu’elle tente d’élaborer un guide d’orientation et de procédure pour la formation qui nécessite une nouvelle géométrie, loin d’être l’endoctrinement et la présentation du contenu des matières ou modules formels, elle utilise l’audace des concepts et des perceptions théoriques en pratiques et approches pédagogiques actives et elle s’at-tache, d’autre part, à affiner le contenu et le contenu en lui-même, car l’expérience qui en sera faite est le processus de formation des professeurs universitaires nouvellement recrutés, et elle cherche aussi à mettre en place des mécanismes pour la continuité du processus de formation au-delà d’une année ’enseignement et pour assurer l’universalité e cette formation pour tous les professeurs Le carnet de conditions préparé par le Ministère de tutelle pour l’opération est contenu.
