    La presente investigación aplicada (intervención) en el municipio de Naupan, Puebla, México, tiene el objetivo de mostrar la metodología de Conferencia de Búsqueda para diseñar una visión de futuro compartido orientada a fundamentar el desarrollo sustentable del municipio. El problema consiste en realizar el plan de desarrollo sustentable y sea aceptado por todos. Por lo que hay que integrar la participación de todos los representantes de la población. Para tal fin se considera el respeto por la naturaleza, fortalecimiento de la identidad de pertenencia y el valor de ciudadanía, por ser una sociedad indígena. La metodología utilizada es una adaptación a la Conferencia de Búsqueda para propiciar la planeación participativa, siendo un medio para motivar la participación de una comunidad indígena y rural, dando como resultado que son los principales promotores de planes y proyectos que permitan de forma ordenada un desarrollo sostenible y poder encauzar acciones para construir un desarrollo endógeno, creándose el antecedente de planeación participativa en Naupan.

    This applied research (intervention) in the municipality of Naupan, Puebla, Mexico, has the objective of showing the Search Conference methodology to design a shared vision of the future aimed at supporting the sustainable development of the municipality. The problem is to carry out the sustainable development plan and be accepted by all. Therefore, the participation of all representatives of the population must be integrated. To this end, respect for nature is considered, strengthening the identity of belonging and the value of citizenship, for being an indigenous society. The methodology used is an adaptation to the Search Conference to promote participatory planning, being a means to motivate the participation of an indigenous and rural community, resulting in them being the main promoters of plans and projects that allow an orderly development. sustainable and power to cause actions to build an endogenous development, creating the antecedent of participatory planning in Naupan.
