Resumen de Trastornos adaptativos en el medio militar. Factores de importancia pronóstica

  Los trastornos adaptativos representan una de las causas más frecuentes de ingreso en los Servicios de Psiquiatría de los Hospitales Militares, representan el modelo típico de patología reactiva ante una situación que es vivenciada como insostenible y se traducen en síntomas excesivos respecto a la reacción normal esperable, especialmente por la incapacidad de funcionamiento dentro del medio militar.

  En el presente trabajo, realizado sobre una muestra de 111 soldados ingresados con el diagnóstico de trastorno adaptativo en el Servicio de Psiquiatría del Hospital Militar de Ceuta, se intentan destacar aquellos factores de personalidad previa que resulten de importancia pronóstica en orden a predecir un trastorno adaptativo o el mal pronóstico del mismo, destacando singularmente la asociación de un trastorno de personalidad previo y de alteraciones personales y familiares como los factores más significativos del estudio.
