Análisis clínico-patológico del carcinoma de tiroides durante los años 1981-1986 en el HMC «Gómez Ulla»

    Se presentan 50 casos de carcinomas tiroideos diagnosticados en el Servicio de Anatomía-Patológica del HMC «Gómez Ulla» durante los años 1981 a 1986.

    Corresponden a 24 Ca. foliculares, 18 Ca. papilares, dos Ca. de células de Hurthler, dos Ca. mixtos, dos Ca.

    esclerosantes ocultos, dos Ca. medulares y un Ca. anaplásico. Se encuentran en una relación de 3 a 1 111Vy en una edad media de 41 años. El Ca. papilar es bilateral en el 61 por 100 de los casos y presenta metástasis en el momento del diagnóstico en el 39 por 100 de los mismos. El Ca. folicular es bilateral en el 21 por 100, y en el 16 por 100 de los casos presenta metástasis en el momento del diagnóstico. Estos datos se comparan con los de la literatura, y se hace una valoración crítica de los criterios histopatológicos que determinan el diagnóstico diferencial entre Adenoma y Carcinoma.

    We try an aporoach to the drug-adict in the prevailing Exciusion Medical Table (CME) of the Military Service of the Spanish army in their Specific Situactions (obligatory reserve, annual druft of recruits, yo llunteers, Guardia Civil, etcétera). We review the prevaling legislation about the exciusion, and the lost of psychophisical fitness of the drug-adict (obligatory reserve, volunteers ami profesionals). it’s analyzed the in crease of incidence of the drug use and abuse in our military environment similar to the other western armies and proportional at the increase in the civilian population, propounding the enlargement of the CME, creating new secions wich collect the different inds of drug adictions in a clasificatory table of clinicas correspondences taking into account the predispositional nature or not of the drug-aditions and the symptomatic aspects related with the personality disorders and other psychiatric disorder
