    Se presentan los resultados obtenidos mediante la metodología propuesta para el control y monitoreo de posibles movimientos o asentamientos estructurales, del ala norte de la Torre de Enfermería ubicada en el campus de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, sede Bogotá, antes, durante y después de su demolición, teniendo en cuenta la alta vulnerabilidad que presenta la estructura del ala nororiental del edificio 101, identificada en el estudio de patología y vulnerabilidad realizado en el año 2015, donde se recomendó demoler esa ala, dela Facultad de Enfermería. Esta metodología tiene como finalidad proponer pautas necesarias a la hora de realizar el control y monitoreo de posibles asentamientos en estructuras verticales, apoyados en mediciones, equipos y métodos topográficos, que garanticen niveles de precisiones óptimas para ser empleadas como insumo en la toma de decisiones, ante eventuales movimientos que no sean propios de la misma estructura.

    We present the results obtained through the proposed methodology for the control and monitoring of possible movements and / or structural settlements, of the north wing of the Nursing tower located on the campus of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia - Bogota seat, before, during and after to its demolition,taking into account the high vulnerability of the structure of the Northeast wing of building 101,identified in the pathology and vulnerability study carried out in 2015, where it was recommended to demolish the Northeast wingof building 101 of the Faculty of Nursing. The purpose of this methodology is to propose necessary guidelines when carry in gout the control and monitoring of possibles ettlements in vertical structures, supported by measurements, equipment and topographic methods, which guarantee optimum levelsof precision to be used as an input indecision-making, in the event of movements thatare not specific to the same structure.
