  • The paper analyses the impact of the implementation of the artificial intelligence (AI) on the composition and on the fiduciary duties of the board of directors. In other words, the article deals with the changed underlying a governance with artificial intelligence. The work tries to underline how the implementation of such a governance can, at the same time, improve and hinder the fulfilment of directors’ fiduciary duties.
