  • The article investigates the participatory dimension in the field of risks prevention from chemical substances, focusing on the attributions that collective bargaining has recognized in favor of the Workers’ Representative for Health, Safety and Environment. The analysis of the current regulations is accompanied by reflections on the health and safety training regime and with regard to the use of technological tools in the perspective of a greater effectiveness of the protection system.
