    Os Vesalianum Pedis es un hueso accesorio muy poco frecuente que se ubica adyacente a la base del quinto metatarsiano del pie. De manera extraordinaria cursa con dolor lateral de pie tras un traumatismo leve y suele ser confundido con otras patologías o entidades. Por ello, debe considerarse al abordar el diagnóstico diferencial y conocer las distintas opciones de tratamiento.

    Os Vesalianum Pedis is a very rare accessory bone located adjacent to the base of the fifth metatarsal of the foot. In an outstanding way, it presents with lateral foot pain after a mild trauma and is usually confused with other pathologies or entities. Therefore, it should be considered in the differential diagnosis and knowing the different treatment options.
