Vivienda sostenible, inteligencia artificial y huertos urbanos: algunas reflexiones y propuestas.

    La vivienda sostenible representa un modelo adecuado para lograr un ahorro de recursos y de eficiencia energética en la lucha contra el cambio climático. La certificación LEED y «Passivhaus» determinan que la vivienda cumple con los estándares necesarios para la sostenibilidad. Se echa en falta una regulación específica de la vivienda sostenible, ya que la reciente normativa en materia de vivienda como la Ley 9/2022 y la Ley 12/2023 fijan las exigencias básicas de calidad de los edificios y sus instalaciones. La inteligencia artificial puede resultar un instrumento idóneo para lograr la sostenibilidad habitacional a través del diseño de algoritmos que permitan visualizar el resultado final de la técnica constructiva, y también la elaboración del propio proyecto pudiendo rectificarse en el momento cualquier anomalía. Destacar la relación entre vivienda sostenible y los huertos urbanos como actividad de participación de la ciudadanía para lograr un autoconsumo y potenciar la protección medioambiental de los espacios.

    Sustainable housing represents a suitable model for achieving resource savings and energy efficiency in the fight against climate change. LEED and «Passivhaus» certification determine that housing meets the necessary standards for sustainability. Specific regulations for sustainable housing are lacking, as recent housing regulations such as Law 9/2022 and Law 12/2023 establish basic quality requirements for buildings and their facilities. Artificial intelligence can be an ideal tool for achieving housing sustainability through the design of algorithms that allow the visualization of the final result of the construction technique, as well as the development of the project itself, allowing any anomalies to be rectified on the spot. It is worth highlighting the relationship between sustainable housing and urban gardens as a citizen participation activity to achieve self-consumption and enhance the environmental protection of spaces.
