Results and Discussion: Ai systems can help mitigate biases that often plague traditional recruitment, leading to a more diverse and inclusive workforce. As organizations in Libya navigate a rapidly evolving economic landscape, the adoption of AI in recruitment emerges as a crucial factor in achieving competitive advantage and fostering a robust talent pool.
Results Implication: By leveraging Ai, Libyan organizations can foster a more agile and responsive recruitment framework, ultimately leading to the cultivation of a skilled workforce capable of navigating the challenges of an evolving economic landscape. This shift is crucial for the sustainable growth of HRM in Libya.
