    A case of pheochromocytoma in a border collie dog.

    An 8-year-old Border Collie dog is presented for acute vomiting. The admission assessment revealed tachycardia and high blood pressure, the exploration of which led to the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma. The evolution is favorable after surgical treatment. Stabilization of high blood pressure is achieved by the administration of amlodipine.

    Un chien border collie, âgé de 8 ans, est présenté pour des épisodes de vomissements aigus. Le bilan d'admission fait état d'une tachycardie et d'une hypertension artérielle, dont l'exploration conduit au diagnostic de phéochromocytome. L'évolution est favorable après une prise en charge chirurgicale. La stabilisation de l'hypertension artérielle est obtenue par l'administration d'amlodipine.
