En el presente trabajo de investigación nos centraremos en el instrumento jurídico denominado, en el Perú, como Título de Crédito Hipotecario Negociable, pero este va a ser nuestro punto de partida, ya que este trabajo estará enfocado desde una perspectiva del Derecho Comparado. Con el objetivo de establecer las similitudes y diferencias de este instrumento jurídico; así como evaluar las fortalezas y debilidades entre los sistemas legales de diferentes países, con el fin de obtener una visión global de este instrumento jurídico. Para ello, realizamos una exhaustiva búsqueda y revisión de diversos recursos académicos y legales de artículos científicos, libros, tesis y cuerpos normativos de otros países que aborden nuestra investigación.

In this research work we will focus on the legal instrument called, in Peru, as Negotiable Instruments of Credit, but this will be our starting point, since this work will be focused from a comparative law perspective. With the objective of establishing the similarities and differences of this legal instrument; as well as to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses between the legal systems of different countries, in order to obtain a global vision of this legal instrument. To this end, we conducted an exhaustive search and review of various academic and legal resources of scientific articles, books, theses and regulatory bodies of other countries that address our research.
