Masculinidades e passividade originária: uma análise dos filmes traídos pelo desejo e uma mulher fantástica

    Based on the analysis of the films The Crying Game and A Fantastic Woman, we reflect on the constitution of male and cisgender identities. These reflections are guided by elements of the psychoanalytic theories of Freud, Jean Laplanche and Silvia Bleichmar about the construction of these identities. We question what can explain the difficulties that some cis men have to sustain their affective choices regarding relationships with trans women. We conclude that, in relation to trans women, heterosexual cis men may experience anguish arising from their psychic conflicts, especially those arising from the constitution of their gender identity, marked by the repression of passivity.

    A partir da análise dos filmes Traídos pelo desejo e Uma mulher fantástica propomos algumas reflexões sobre a constituição das identidades masculinas e cisgêneras. Tais reflexões têm como norteadores alguns elementos das teorias psicanalíticas de Freud, Jean Laplanche e Silvia Bleichmar sobre a construção dessas identidades. Perguntamos o que pode explicar as dificuldades de alguns homens cis em sustentar suas escolhas afetivas quanto aos relacionamentos com mulheres trans. Concluímos que, diante das mulheres trans, homens cis podem experienciar angústias provenientes de seus conflitos psíquicos, em especial daqueles oriundos da constituição de sua identidade de gênero marcada pelo recalcamento da passividade.
