    Con gran satisfacción presentamos el sexagésimo número de la «Revista de Derecho y Genoma Humano. Genética, Biotecnología y Medicina Avanzada / Law and the Human Genome Review. Genetics, Biotechnology and Advanced Medicine». Este número, que inaugura la publicación de la Revista en acceso abierto, representa un paso significativo hacia la consolidación de un espacio abierto al diálogo interdisciplinar entre el Derecho, la Medicina y la Biotecnología. La Red Cátedra de Derecho y Genoma Humano reafirma así su compromiso con la difusión del conocimiento en estos ámbitos, que no cesan de evolucionar. La transición a un formato online y de acceso abierto amplía nuestro alcance, permitiendo que un público más amplio acceda a investigaciones de vanguardia elaboradas por personal docente o investigador de muy elevado prestigio científico (sección Doctrina) así como por destacados jóvenes investigadores e investigadoras a las que se ha confiado la divulgación y análisis crítico de algunas decisiones clave de nuestros tribunales (sección Jurisprudencia).

    It is with great pleasure that we present the sixtieth issue of the ‘Law and the Human Genome Review. Genética, Biotecnología y Medicina Avanzada / Law and the Human Genome Review. Genetics, Biotechnology and Advanced Medicine’. This issue, which inaugurates the publication of the Journal in open access, represents a significant step towards the consolidation of a space open to interdisciplinary dialogue between Law, Medicine and Biotechnology. The Chair in Law and the Human Genome Network thus reaffirms its commitment to the dissemination of knowledge in these fields, which are constantly evolving. The transition to an online and open access format broadens our reach, allowing a wider public to access cutting-edge research produced by teaching staff or researchers of very high scientific prestige (Doctrine section) as well as by outstanding young researchers who have been entrusted with the dissemination and critical analysis of some key decisions of our courts (Jurisprudence section).
