    Este artículo de investigación analiza las múltiples barreras que enfrenta la comunidad LGTB en el mundo laboral, en particular, hace referencia a la discriminación en el acceso y permanencia en el empleo. Estas barreras no solo dificultan la estabilidad laboral, sino que también afectan negativamente al futuro de las personas LGBT, ya que la falta de empleo continuo y bien remunerado reduce sus contribuciones al sistema de pensiones. Además, el clima laboral percibido por las personas LGTB a menudo está marcado por un ambiente hostil o poco inclusivo, lo cual impacta negativamente en su bienestar y desempeño profesional. Esta problemática refleja la necesidad urgente de políticas inclusivas y prácticas empresariales que promuevan la igualdad y la no discriminación en el entorno laboral.

    This research article analyses the multiple barriers faced by the LGTBQ community in the world of work and, in particular, refers to discrimination in access to and continuation of employment. These barriers not only hinder job stability, but also negatively affect the future of LGBTQ people, as the lack of continuous and well-paid employment reduces their contributions to the pension system. In addition, the working climate perceived by LGTBQ people is often marked by a hostile or non-inclusive environment, which negatively impacts their well-being and professional performance. This issue reflects the urgent need for inclusive policies and business practices that promote equality and non-discrimination in the workplace.
