This research analyses two applications of matrices in the aerospace industry, specifically structural analysis and GNSS navigation. Two case studies are detailed: the use of matrices in GNSS navigation systems using Coarse Time algorithms, where matrix equations are used to calculate position and time; and the calculation of structural stability, employing stiffness matrices to analyse the equilibrium of forces and displacements within a structure. On the other hand, the use of matrices in Kepler's laws in the aerospace industry allows for the representation of orbital data, trajectory calculation, orbital stability analysis, and mission optimization. These cases demonstrate how matrices are fundamental tools in solving complex problems in the aerospace industry.
