Diseño y desarrollo de una estación de trabajo como resultado de la implementación de la metodología 8D en una empresa MAKER

    La investigación que se presentará a continuación es  acerca de la implementación de las etapas de la metodología 8D que se hizo en la empresa Pardalix, la cual permitió a un equipo de trabajo de la empresa identificar las oportunidades de mejora dentro de la misma mediante herramientas de análisis, permitiendo implementar acciones correctivas provisionales a las problemáticas que se detectaron, analizando cómo actúan las acciones y permitir identificar las acciones permanentes que se decidirán implementar. Conforme al análisis de un diagrama de Pareto, se obtuvieron los estadísticos de los datos de las veces que se presentaron cada una de las fallas, logrando identificar cuáles son las que mayormente se presentaron, obteniendo que el factor con más fallas presentadas fue el método, ya que contaba con un índice de fallas considerablemente alto y el que se presentó con mayor frecuencia .Así mismo evaluando las fallas que resultaron, mediate un análisis del equipo de trabajo se identificó que están relacionadas entre sí, de manera que pueden resolverse de una forma que permita erradicarlas , creando una estación de trabajo ergonómica que le permita al operario desempeñar sus actividades desde su lugar de trabajo, teniendo en un mismo sitio la herramienta y material que ocupará para hacer dichas actividades. Así mismo, en este articuló se hace un análisis a los resultados obtenidos, para que esto permita que posterior a la implementación de la estación de trabajo se sigan identificando las oportunidades de mejora para la misma, haciendo que sea una estación con mayor eficiencia, brindándole beneficios al trabajador y empresa.

    The research that will be presented below is about the implementation of the stages of the 8D methodology that was done in the company Pardalix, which allowed a work team of the company to identify the opportunities for improvement within it through analysis tools, allowing to implement provisional corrective actions to the problems that were detected, analysing how the actions act and allowing to identify the permanent actions that will be decided to implement. According to the analysis of a Pareto diagram, the statistics of the data of the times that each of the failures were presented were obtained, managing to identify which are the ones that were most presented, obtaining that the factor with the most failures presented was the method, since it had a considerably high failure rate and the one that was presented most frequently. Likewise, evaluating the failures that resulted, through an analysis of the work team it was identified that they are related to each other, so that they can be resolved in a way that allows them to be eradicated, creating an ergonomic workstation that allows the operator to perform his activities from his workplace, having in the same place the tool and material that he will occupy to do said activities. Likewise, in this article, an analysis of the results obtained is made, so that this allows that after the implementation of the workstation to continue to identify the opportunities for improvement for it, making it a station with greater efficiency, providing benefits to the worker and company.
