    Objetivo: revisión del estado actual del edificio La Napolitana, estudiar referentes de los edificios patrimoniales recuperados como espacios de desarrollo comercial y cultural, además proponer el diseño de recuperación del edificio de Napolitano como espacio comercial. Método: Para lograr los objetivos propuestos en este proyecto se plantea: implementación de un enfoque cualitativo, específicamente una IAP (Investigación Acción Participativa), dentro del paradigma Crítico Social. En el diagnóstico la población universo, serán los comerciantes y usuarios de los sectores aledaños y se tomará una muestra representativa en algunos locales comerciales y usuarios que viven alrededor del sector. Resultados: Se identificaron, daños patológicos arquitectónicos graves y las posibles salidas comercial y cultural por el cual es importante la recuperación del edificio. Conclusiones: La importancia de resaltar hitos patrimoniales de la ciudad, además de preservar y cuidar las edificaciones que dejan historia por el cual representa su importancia en la ciudad a nivel nacional e internacional.

    Objective: review of the current state of the La Napolitana building, study referents of recovered heritage buildings as spaces for commercial and cultural development, and also propose the design of recovery of the Napolitano building as a commercial space. Method: In order to achieve the objectives proposed in this project, we propose the implementation of a qualitative approach, specifically a PRA (Participatory Action Research), within the Social Critical paradigm. In the diagnosis, the universe population will be the merchants and users of the surrounding sectors and a representative sample will be taken in some commercial premises and users living around the sector. Results: It was identified, serious architectural pathological damages and the possible commercial and cultural outlets for which the recovery of the building is important. Conclusions: The importance of highlighting heritage landmarks of the city, in addition to preserving and caring for the buildings that leave history for which it represents its importance in the city nationally and internationally.
