    En todos los tiempos de la Humanidad, la justicia se ha convertido en el principal instrumento de regulación de las relaciones sociales entre las personas. Los códigos, las costumbres, las tradiciones, han dado paso a la creación de distintas formas de hacer justicia, muchas de ellas han trascendido en la historia de la humanidad como las más sobresalientes, sin embargo, muchas de aquellas se han caracterizado por mantenerse en el tiempo, respetando durante miles de años, las formas de organización de los colectivos humanos. La justicia de paz, no solo representa uno de estos mecanismos para mantener la estabilidad social, sino que tras el pasar de los tiempos, ha logrado llegar a posicionarse en muchas partes del mundo como la primera forma de dar solución a los conflictos entre las personas, sin duda sus resultados no solo han logrado posicionar este sistema de justicia como el más efectivo, sino que ha fomentado entre las personas la capacidad de mantener la paz social.

    In all times of Humanity, justice has become the main instrument for regulating social relations between people. Codes, customs, traditions have given way to the creation of different ways of doing justice, many of them have transcended the history of humanity as the most outstanding, however, many of those have been characterized by remaining in time, respecting for thousands of years, the forms of organization of human collectives. Peace justice not only represents one of these mechanisms to maintain social stability, but over time, it has managed to position itself in many parts of the world as the first way to resolve conflicts between people. , without a doubt its results have not only managed to position this justice system as the most effective, but has also fostered among people the ability to maintain social peace.
