    El presente artículo trata sobre como se motiva y logra el aprendizaje significativo en los programas del Departamento de Estudios de Postgrado del  Centro Universitario de Occidente , así mismo la relación que este tiene con la satisfacción de los estudiantes, perspectiva que es sumamente importante siendo ellos el motivo principal del proceso educativo, el objetivo principal fue identificar sí se logra aprendizaje significativo y el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes con ello, se implementó investigación mixta desde los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo a traves de instrumentos para profesores y estudiantes que fueron validados a traves de juicio de expertos y se confirmó la confianza a travéz de Alfa de Cronbach , así mismo se entrevistó a encargados del área académica del Departamento para conocer como se evalua el logro de aprendizaje significativo, entre los hallazgos importantes resalta que desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes de Postgrado de CUNOC USAC; cuatro de cada cinco docentes promueven y logran Aprendizaje significativo, es decir los profesores aprovechan los conocimientos previos de los alumnos para integrar y construir nuevos, motivando la aplicación de estos en el campo real.

    This article deals with how meaningful learning is motivated and achieved in the programs of the Department of Postgraduate Studies of the Centro Universitario de Occidenete, as well as the relationship it has with student satisfaction, a perspective that is extremely important as they are the main reason for the educational process, the main objective was to identify whether significant learning is achieved and the level of student satisfaction with it, mixed research was implemented from quantitative and qualitative approaches through instruments for teachers and students that were validated through expert judgment and The conaiza was confirmed through Cronbach's Alpha, likewise those in charge of the academic area of ​​the Department were interviewed to know how the achievement of significant learning is evaluated, among the important findings it stands out that from the perspective of the Postgraduate students of CUNOC USAC; Four out of five teachers promote and achieve Meaningful Learning, that is, teachers take advantage of students' prior knowledge to integrate and build new ones, motivating their application in the real field.
