Este trabajo determina que la aplicación de la bioética y el bioderecho enriquecen los elementos, valores y principios del derecho a la ciudadcon una perspectiva humanistayuna visión integral del ser humano, en su condición de ser vivo y parte de la naturaleza, en sus diferentes ámbitosfísico, biológico, social, psicológico, cultural y espiritual,el cual comparte el planeta Tierra junto con los otros seres vivos.De manera, que su bienestar y calidad de vida responden según el respeto a su dignidad, integridad, autonomía y vulnerabilidad, así comoa la conservación y protección del ambiente y los recursos naturales

This work states that the application of bioethics and biolaw enriches the elements, values and principles of the right to the city with a humanist perspective and an integral vision of the human being, in his condition as a living being and part of nature, in his different physical, biological, social, psychological, cultural and spiritual spheres, sharing the planet Earth with other living beings. Thus, their well-beingand quality of life respond to respect for their dignity, integrity, autonomy and vulnerability, as well as to the preservation and protection of the environment and natural resources
