    La Administración de Justicia no es ajena a la utilización de herramientas generativas de inteligencia artificial. Es preciso ordenar y regular la utilización de las mismas. Este trabajo expone y analiza la disrupción que suponen en los procedimientos de insolvencia, el marco regulatorio de las mismas y los principales proyectos que las desarrollan. Se analizan las herramientas existentes que permiten el análisis y prevención de la insolvencia, especialmente las relativas a la alerta temprana.

    The Administration of Justice is not alien to the use of generative artificial intelligence tools; it is necessary to organize and regulate their use. This work exposes and analyzes the disruption that they represent in insolvency procedures, the regulatory framework for them and the main projects that develop them. The existing tools that allow the analysis and prevention of insolvency are analyzed, especially those related to early warning.
