    El presente artículo se centra en el análisis, en pleno siglo XXI, del fenómeno de digitalización que acompaña a la Administración de Justicia española, con particular referencia, de una parte, a los ejes estratégicos concurrentes y transversales, plenamente ajustados a las directrices marcadas en esta materia por la Unión Europea, sobre los que se funda la Estrategia Justicia Digital 2030 presentada por la Generalitat de Catalunya (13 de junio de 2024): justicia conocida, justicia accesible y de proximidad, justicia sostenible, justicia ágil, simple y de calidad, talento humano, y justicia colaborativa; y,de otra, al estado actual del fomento de las herramientas y procesos digitales en el marco del Derecho de Sociedades

    This article focuses on the analysis, in the 21st century, of the digitization phenomenon that accompanies the Spanish Administration of Justice, with particular reference, on the one hand, to the concurrent and transversal strategic axes, fully adjusted to the guidelines set in this matter by the European Union, on which the Digital Justice Strategy 2030 presented by the Generalitat of Catalonia (June 13, 2024) is based: known justice, accessible and local justice, sustainable justice, agile, simple and quality justice, human talent, and collaborative justice; and, on the other hand, to the current state of the promotion of digital tools and processes within the framework of Company Law.
