Diagnóstico del sistema de tratamiento de residuales de la empresa agroindustrial azucarera 30 de noviembre

    La sociedad y el medio ambiente deben mantener un equilibrio si se desea alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible, pero con el desarrollo de la sociedad, donde la industrialización que forma parte indisoluble del proceso, el equilibrio no siempre se mantiene, y generalmente ese desequilibrio tiene efectos negativos sobre el medio natural. La empresa agroindustrial azucarera (EAA) “30 de Noviembre”, ubicada en el municipio San Cristóbal, provincia Artemisa, es considerada una de las entidades grandes contaminantes del municipio. Aplicando los diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación, se caracterizaron los residuales de la entidad y se diagnosticó su sistema de tratamiento, arrojando como resultados que los residuales no cumplen con la NC: 27-2012, y el sistema de tratamiento no es funcional, por lo que se realizó un plan de medidas para el mejoramiento del sistema actual.

    The society and the environment must be in balance in order to achieve sustainable development, but with the development of the society, where industrialization, form an indissoluble part of the process, the equilibrium is not always maintains, and generally, the imbalance that is generated has negative effects on the natural environment. The Company agro-industrial sugar (EAA) “November 30”, located in the municipality San Cristóbal, province Artemisa is considered one of the entities large contaminants in the municipality. In this work by applying different method and research techniques, we characterized the residual of the entity, with its system of treatment, shedding as results that the residuals do not comply with the NC: 27-2012, and the treatment system is not functional, so we made a plan of measures for the improvement of the current system.
