    El derecho fundamental a la buena administración es una figura innovadora que tiene sus orígenes en Europa y recientemente ha sido objeto de análisis por los tribunales mexicanos e incluso se ha formalizado en la Constitución Política de la Ciudad México; sin embargo, los alcances de este derecho son difusos, siendo relevante identificar los nexos que tiene con el derecho a la información, esto en aras de fortalecer el mismo y hacerlo exigible al Estado mexicano.

    The fundamental right to good administration is an innovative figure that has its origins in Europe and has recently been the subject of analysis by Mexican courts and has even been formalized in the Political Constitution of Mexico City; however, the scope of this right is diffuse, being relevant to identify the links it has with the right to information, this in order to strengthen it and make it enforceable to the Mexican State.
