    Las tendencias actuales sobre la regulación jurídica del genoma humano, trastocan temas que tienen que ver con la constitucionalización del derecho de familia, pues, entre otros aspectos, apuntan a la protección de la vida, desde antes del nacimiento, la manipulación genética del no nacido y su perspectiva penal, el enfoque actual de la maternidad subrogada, que tiene que ver con la fecundación in vitro y las demás formas de fecundación relacionadas con la maternidad subrogada, la bioética y finalmente, todo se centra un contexto de protección de derechos humanos.

    The current trends on the legal regulation of the human genome, disrupt issues that have to do with the constitutionalization of family law, since, among other aspects, they point to the protection of life, from before birth, the genetic manipulation of the unborn and its criminal perspective, the current approach to surrogate motherhood, which has to do with in vitro fertilization and other forms of fertilization related to surrogate motherhood, bioethics and finally, everything focuses on a context of human rights protection.
