    En el presente trabajo se presenta una aproximación conceptual del principio superior del estudiante y la manera en que se vio vulnerado durante la pandemia de COVID-19 por la brecha digital, la desactualización de las habilidades digitales de docentes-alumnos, así como por la insuficiente e inadecuada infraestructura tecnológica que presentaban algunas IES públicas en México. Para ello se parte de una investigación cuantitativa, en la que se utilizó la técnica documental, así como recursos gráficos y datos disponibles de fuentes institucionales del Estado y de la ANUIES.

    This paper presents a conceptual approach to the superior principle of the student and the way in which it was violated during the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the digital divide, the outdated digital skills of teachers-students, as well as the insufficient and inadequate technological infrastructure presented by some Public HEIs in Mexico. For this, a quantitative investigation is based, where the documentary technique was used, as well as graphic resources and data available from institutional sources of the State and the ANUIES.
