    Este texto se aboca en explicar las herramientas y prácticas sobresalientes en la mediación familiar, que se desarrollan en cinco estados del país, lo que se determinó a través de su análisis de leyes, tratados internacionales y doctrina, destacándose además ser pioneros en aplicar los mecanismos de solución de controversias en la materia, que con sus características y principios, permiten erradicar la violencia, consolidar el acceso a la justicia de la población, solucionando los conflictos pacíficamente, pero desarrollándose con estricto apego a los derechos humanos, constituyendo así, en un puente que permite el cumplimiento del objetivo de desarrollo sostenible 16: Paz y Justicia.

    This text is devoted to explaining the outstanding tools and practices in family mediation, which are developedin five states of the country, which was determined through its analysis of laws, international treaties and doctrine, standing out in addition to being pioneers in applying the dispute resolution mechanisms on the matter, which with their characteristics and principles, make it possible to eradicate violence, consolidate access to justice for the population, resolving conflicts peacefully, but developing with strict adherence to human rights, thus constituting, in a bridge that allows the fulfillment of the objective of sustainable development 16: Peace and Justice.
