Resumen
Introduction: The integration of artificial intelligence into legal practice has generated a growing debate about its ability to complement, but not replace, human interpretation of legal rules. In fact, ethical concerns have been raised about the integration of this technology with respect to the legal environment. Consequently, the present study has focused on analyzing the impact of artificial intelligence on legal practice, and in particular on legal hermeneutics. Likewise, it is intended to determine the main challenges that prevent its integration as a tool in the optimization of legal operation.Methods: A bibliographic review and surveys of legal professionals were used to analyze the role of artificial intelligence in the legal field. As well as the modeling of Saaty's AHP method in identifying the challenges with the greatest impact in the implementation of artificial intelligence in the legal sphere.Results: The results indicate that, although artificial intelligence has improved efficiency in repetitive and data management tasks, the critical and contextual interpretation of standards constitutes a human task. However, the adoption of this tool has faced barriers such as resistance to change and lack of specialized training.Conclusions: It is essential to adopt actions that allow artificial intelligence to assist in data management without replacing human interpretation. In addition, it is necessary to develop regulatory frameworks and continuous training programs that ensure an ethical and effective integration of artificial intelligence in law.
