  • The article highlights how the protection of fundamental rights requires the combination of reason and feeling, mixed together inseparably, as is also supported by some constitutional provisions that provide certain confirmation of this. It therefore deals with the vexed question of the fungibility of machines with man, noting that artificial intelligence, while proving to be useful in various ways to legal practice, faces its own intrinsic and insurmountable limits, the main one of which is precisely given by the lack of feeling that distinguishes it, thus making the work of man in the protection of rights irreplaceable
