    The period chosen for this study begins in 2017 and ends in 2024. This chronology corresponds to the presidency of E. Macron, with a substantial reform of legislated labor law, means the adoption of a series of ordinances – the equivalent of royal decree laws – promulgated in September 2017, on the basis of authorization from Parliament. First, the period considered saw an accentuation of the evolution of labor law towards labor market law. And on the other hand, this development coexists and therefore proves to be compatible with an expansion of fundamental rights, including protection against discrimination.

    La période retenue pour cette étude commence en 2017, pour se terminer en 2024. Cette chronologie correspond à la présidence d’E. Macron, avec une substantielle réforme du droit légiféré du travail, moyen l’adoption d’une série d’ordonnances – l’équivalent de décret- loi royal- promulguées en septembre 2017, sur le fondement d’une habilitation du Parlement. D’abord, la période retenue a vu s’accentuer l’évolution du droit du travail vers un droit du marché du travail. Et d’autre part, cette évolution coexiste et se révèle donc compatible, avec un essor des droits fondamentaux, ce y compris la protection contre les discriminations.
