    Este artigo problematiza historicamente as encarnações da guerra no romance A primavera voltará (1949), que construiu encontros entre duas guerras (a dos personagens e a dos leitores), que marcaram – uma por vivência, outra por transmissão cultural – a geração da escritora Emília Dantas Ribas (1907-1978). Enfoca-se um salto operado na narrativa, no capítulo IV, que dá lugar a um romance histórico centrado no Cerco da Lapa, episódio da Revolução Federalista de 1894 no Brasil. Encontra-se vestígios das interfaces assumidas entre memória coletiva e literatura, que na época era valorizada pela capacidade de documentar a realidade regional/nacional. A partir da perspectiva metodológica disposicional da História Intelectual, objetiva-se situar um repertório de disposições sociais, ligadas ao catolicismo, magistério e cidadania pela assistência social, que atravessou as relações das mulheres de elite com a Segunda Guerra Mundial, bem como pontuar o cinquentenário da Revolução Federalista como evento na configuração intelectual paranaense dos anos 1940.

    This article historically problematizes the incarnations of war in the novel Aprimavera voltará [The Spring will Returns] (1949), which promotes encounters between twowars (the war of the characters and the war of the readers), which marked - one byexperience, other by cultural transmission – the generation of the writer Emília DantasRibas (1907-1978). A leap made in the narrative, in chapter IV, create a historical novelcentered on the “Cerco da Lapa”, episode of the Federalist Revolution of 1894 in Brazil,which keeps traces of the interfaces between collective memory e literature, then valued as adocument of the regional/national reality. From the dispositional methodological perspectiveof Intellectual History, the objective is to situate a repertoire of social dispositions related toCatholicism, teaching, social assistance and citizenship, which crossed the relationships ofelite women with The Second World War, as well point the fiftieth anniversary of the“Federalist Revolution” as an event in the intellectual configuration of the Paraná in the1940s.
