    RESUMEN El artículo reconstruye algunas de las perspectivas del trabajo de Hannah Arendt que permiten considerar la subjetividad moderna y su conexión con el despliegue de la sociedad capitalista. En dicho intento, se acude a espacios menos transitados de la reflexión arendtiana, como su análisis de la “introspección” en la temprana biografía de Rahel Varnhagen, su lectura de la “transformación del ciudadano en burgués” o su consideración acerca de las masas, el consumo y el entretenimiento. El resultado es la puesta en primer plano de ciertos enfoques originales que permiten advertir algunas de las principales condiciones del sujeto contemporáneo y su relación consigo mismo.

    ABSTRACT The article reconstructs various perspectives from the work of Hannah Arendt that facilitate the examination of modern subjectivity and its connection with the unfolding of capitalist society. In this endeavor, the analysis ventures into less explored areas of Arendtian thought, such as her examination of "introspection" in the early biography of Rahel Varnhagen, her interpretation of the "transformation of the citizen into the bourgeois", and her considerations regarding the masses, consumption, and entertainment. The result highlights certain original approaches that reveal key conditions of the contemporary subject and their relationship with themselves.
