    El siguiente artículo se trata de una revisión bibliográfica con las palabras claves citadas con anterioridad, cuya finalidad ha sido conocer en qué consiste la disciplina de la Terapia Ocupacional y el trabajo del terapeuta ocupacional con personas que se encuentran en el final de sus vidas.

    El objetivo ha sido estudiar las diferentes definiciones que se han dado a lo largo del tiempo sobre Terapia Ocupacional, así como de cuidados paliativos y posteriormente integrar ambos conceptos para llegar a entender en qué consiste el trabajo de los terapeutas ocupaciones en éste campo de intervención.

    Se ha utilizado una metodología descriptiva a través de investigación bibliográfica y documental. Tras la búsqueda de diferentes artículos, se ha procedido a sintetizar las ideas y estructurar las mismas en diferentes puntos y aspectos importantes a desglosar. Finalmente, se han concluido unos resultados.

    The following article is a bibliographic review with the key words mentioned above, whose purpose has been to know what the discipline of Occupational Therapy consists of and the work of the occupational therapist with people who are at the end of their lives.

    The objective has been to study the different definitions that have been given over time about Occupational Therapy, as well as palliative care, and subsequently integrate both concepts to understand what the work of occupational therapists consists of in this field of intervention.

    A descriptive methodology has been used through bibliographic and documentary research. After searching different articles, we proceeded to synthesize the ideas and structure them into different points and important aspects to break down. Finally, some results have been concluded.
