    Este escrito contiene un estudio de la situación en el Derecho Español de la responsabilidad del Estado-Legislador antes de la Ley 40 de 1 de octubre de 2015, de la regulación introducida por esta Ley y, finalmente, de la resolución adoptada por el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea el 28 de junio de 2022 sobre el recurso de la Comisión Europea contra la citada Ley.
