    Este artículo se centra en el análisis de un conjunto documental heterogéneo que fue producido por el Servicio Penitenciario Bonaerense durante el estado de excepción, y que actualmente se encuentra depositado en la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. En primer lugar, se reconstruirán las condiciones del “hallazgo” de la documentación y su posterior traslado a la Dirección de Protección y Promoción de la Secretaría. En segundo término, se realizará una descripción general de los documentos que incluye el repositorio y se señalarán algunas de sus potencialidades.

    This article is focused in the analysis of a documentary heterogeneous group produced by the Bonarense Penitentiary Service during the state of exception, and which is nowadays placed in the Human Rights Secretary of de Buenos Aires Province. In the first place, the conditions of the discovery of the documentation and its later transfer to the Division for the Protection and Promotion of the Secretary will be reconstructed. In the second place, a general description of the documents included in the repository will be realized, and some of its potentialities will be pointed.
