    El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo destacar la importancia de los anuarios de la Asociación de Fabricantes de Cemento Portland, como fuente elemental para el análisis de las relaciones construidas entre los empresarios del cemento y el Estado, en un determinado periodo histórico. Nos centraremos en el estudio de uno de estos anuarios, correspondiente al año 1949, para visualizar como se expresaba dicha relación, en un contexto de fuerte demanda de cemento por parte de un Estado que se expandía permanentemente por medio de la construcción de obras públicas. Consideramos de fundamental importancia, rescatar el valor este tipo de fuentes y de sus aportes para el estudio de ciertas conductas empresariales, en relación a las decisiones tomadas por el Estado nacional.

    The following work intends to highlight the importance of the yearbooks of the Association of Portland Cement Manufacturers, as a source for elemental analysis of the relationships built between the cement businessmen and the State in a particular historical period. We will focus on the study of one of these yearbooks for the year 1949, to visualize how this relationship expressed, in a context of strong demand of cement from the State that expanded continuously by the construction of public works. We consider critical, rescue the value of these types of sources and their contributions to the study of certain business behaviors, in relation to decisions taken by the National State.
