    RESUMEN La economía circular se presenta como alternativa viable ante el declive del actual modelo lineal, que vela, no solo por beneficios económicos, sino también sociales y medioambientales. El objetivo de este artículo es validar la relación existente entre este nuevo paradigma y la innovación y arribar a constructos propios mediante el uso de técnicas de estadística multivariada. Como resultado del mismo, se ratifica la importancia de la innovación como palanca en la ruptura con el actual paradigma productivo funcional.1

    ABSTRACT The Circular Economy is presented as a viable alternative to the decline of the current linear model, which ensures not only economic benefits, but also social and environmental ones. The objective of this article is to validate the relationship between this paradigm and the innovation and arrive at their own constructs through the use of multivariate statistical techniques. As a result of it, the importance of innovation as a lever in the break with the current functional productive paradigm is ratified.
