La necesidad de implementación de la eficiencia energética en la edificación del nordeste de Argentina

    El crecimiento natural de la población requiere la concreción de nuevas edificaciones para diferentes usos (vivienda, trabajo, servicios, etc.), que deberían contemplar la problemática del siglo XXI: el uso eficiente de los recursos, como la ENERGÍA, que hace posible la vida y el desarrollo. El NEA depende de la Energía Eléctrica para el desarrollo de actividades en todos los sectores, no existe aún una red de distribución de gas natural que pueda complementar a la de energía eléctrica. La alta demanda de energía eléctrica de la Edificación se debe a la necesidad de satisfacer sus funciones básicas de habitabilidad. En los últimos 40 años tuvo lugar un proceso de urbanización acelerado, con crecimiento edilicio cuantitativo, no cualitativo. Argentina ha devenido en un país dependiente de la importación para producir energía: desde el 2003 se han exportado cerca de US$10 Mil Millones anuales para adquirir Gas Natural y Petróleo. 66% de la energía eléctrica generada proviene de fuentes fósiles. 32% tiene origen en nuclear e hidráulica. La oferta de energía “limpia” no cubre actualmente el 2% de la demanda total en Argentina y para el 2050 alcanzará solo el 10% de la demanda total. El NEA se beneficiaría con una política de estado regional que aliente la materialización de edificaciones energéticamente eficientes.-

    The natural growth of the population needs the concision of new buildings for different uses (housing, work, services, etc.) that should contemplate the problems of the XXIst century: the efficient use of the resources, like the energy, that makes the life and the development possible. The NEA–Region depends on the Electric power for the activities development in all the sectors, there still does not exist a distribution network of natural gas that could complement that of electric power. The high demand of electric power of the Building owes to the need to satisfy its basic habitability functions. In last 40 years an intensive urban development process took place, with growth edilicio quantitatively, not qualitatively. Argentina has occurred in a country dependent on the import to produce energy: from 2003 have been exported annual close to U$S 10 Billions to acquire Natural gas and Oil. 66 % of the generated electric power comes from fossil sources. 32 % has origin in nuclear and hydraulic. The offer of «clean energy» does not cover at present 2 % of the entire demand in Argentina and for 2050 it will reach only 10 % of the entire demand. The NEA would benefit with a politics of the regional state that encourages the buildings materialization energéticamente efficient.
