Resumen de Epílogo: interpretación jurídica y direcciones de ajuste

En este artículo muestro mis observaciones a “El escepticismo ante las reglas replanteado”. Estas afectarán, primero, a la propia manera de cómo en ese texto se traza la tipología de las teorías de la interpretación jurídica; segundo, a algunas distinciones (o a algunos aspectos de algunas distinciones) contenidas en él; tercero, a la manera en que Riccardo presenta en este texto la diferencia entre su propia concepción y la “teoría de la vigilia”. Propondré muy sucintamente, para terminar, algunos lineamientos de una visión de la interpretación alternativa a la de Riccardo.

In this article I offer my observations on "Scepticism towards rules revisited". These will concern, first, the very way in which this text outlines the typology of theories of legal interpretation; second, some distinctions (or some aspects of some distinctions) contained in it; third, the way in which Riccardo presents in this text the difference between his own conception and the " wakefulness theory ". In conclusion, I will very briefly propose some outlines of an alternative view of interpretation to that of Riccardo
