    El artículo presenta una versión del escepticismo ante las reglas que evite algunas y supere otras de las dificultades que se le atribuyen. A tal fin, se lo distingue no solo del formalismo y de la teoría ecléctica, sino también de lo que suele ser llamado escepticismo extremo o radical.

    The article presents a version of rule scepticism that avoids some and overcomes others of the difficulties attributed to it. To this end, it attempts to distinguish it not only from formalism and eclectic theory, but also from what is often called extreme or radical scepticism.
