    En el presente artículo se discuten las algunos temas y argumentos señalados por Ragués que merecen un mayor desarrollo a los efecto de ofrecer una adecuada solución al problema del reproche por ignorancia deliberada. En especial, consideraré (i) la conexión entre ignorancia deliberada y dolo eventual, (ii) la estrategia de disminuir la noción de dolo a una estructura que no requiere conocimiento, (iii) la vinculación entre la noción de agente y la relevancia de los motivos, y (iv) el marco teórico necesario para darle cabida a los motivos.

    This article discusses some of the themes and arguments pointed out by Ragués that deserve to be developed further in order to offer an adequate solution to the problem of reproach for deliberate ignorance. adequate solution to the problem of reproach for deliberate ignorance. In particular, I will consider (i) the connection between deliberate ignorance and eventual malice, (ii) the strategy of reducing the notion of malice to a structure that does not require knowledge, (iii) the link between the notion of agent and the relevance of motives, and (iv) the theoretical framework necessary to accommodate motives.
