    Se ofrece en este artículo una revisión sucinta de los proyectos de intervención terapéutica y educativa que se están implementando en la red penitenciaria española, tanto acciones de protección del sujeto como acciones de protección social, para dar a conocer el alcance de esta intervención rehabilitadora y su adecuación en el cumplimiento de la normativa penitenciaria; con atención a las especificidades del contexto de aplicación (tipología de los presos e infraestructuras carcelarias).

    This article offers a brief review of the therapeutic and educational intervention projects that are being implemented in the Spanish penitentiary network, both subject protection actions and social protection actions, in order to show the scope of this rehabilitative intervention and its adequacy in compliance with prison regulations; with attention to the specificities of the context of application (type of prisoners and prison infrastructures).
