  • This essays is a linguistic approach to the Hispano-American constitutional text, considered to be the magnificient proof of the wish for human organization. The constitutional project as a programme is dealt with as "software" designed for eutopia. The metatextual action in the Preambles uncovers, after an analytical process, the acceptance of a whole series of "believed" and "expected" truths. Through the linguistic mythical expressions in the constitutional text, social semantics outlines the connections between personal evocation and collective utopia.
