  • This article aims to characterize the syntactic structure of Constitutional Texts under the two levels of analysis established by T. A. Van Dijk: the macroestructure and superestructure. According to these two levels, the textual syntactical relationships are regarded as manifestations of two universals semiotic types of syntactical relationships: categories and classes of functions.
