    En la educación contemporánea y ante el escenario del cambio de modelo educativo donde la retroalimentación juega un papel importante que propicia la motivación hacia el aprendizaje en alumnos de primaria, lo que motivó la realización del presente estudio, la cual tuvo como finalidad analizar, a través de la investigación documental, los aspectos más relevantes sobre la importancia de la retroalimentación y su efecto en la motivación hacia el aprendizaje, realizándose a través de la cartografía conceptual, mediante la revisión de documentos científicos (artículos, libros y reportes de investigación), y que permitió llegar a la conclusión de que para la realización correcta de la retroalimentación es importante tener en cuenta los objetivos, así como la claridad de los que se espera que se realice para, posteriormente, proporcionarle a los estudiantes señalamientos claros sobre los niveles de logro, áreas de oportunidad, lo cual permitirá visualizar que la evaluación y la retroalimentación se vean como procesos que se complementan y permiten el aprendizaje significativo; lo que llevó a recomendar la realización de nuevas investigaciones que permitan contrastar lo que se encontró en la revisión documental y así profundizar sobre la importancia de la retroalimentación en la motivación hacia el aprendizaje de los alumnos de educación primaria

    In contemporary education and in the context of the change in the educational model where feedback plays an important role that promotes motivation towards learning in primary school students, which motivated the carrying out of the present study, which had the purpose of analyzing, through of documentary research, the most relevant aspects about the importance of feedback and its effect on motivation towards learning, carried out through conceptual mapping, through the review of scientific documents (articles, books and research reports), and which allowed us to reach the conclusion that for the correct implementation of the feedback it is important to take into account the objectives, as well as the clarity of what is expected to be carried out in order to subsequently provide students with clear indications about the levels of achievement. , areas of opportunity, which will allow us to see that evaluation and feedback are seen as processes that complement each other and allow meaningful learning; which led to recommending new research to contrast what was found in the documentary review and thus delve into the importance of feedback in the motivation towards learning of primary education students.
