    El presente trabajo de investigación se centra en el precedente vinculante regulado por el nuevo Código Procesal Constitucional. Establece el significado y las características generales del precedente vinculante, desarrolla su ámbito de aplicación, analiza las características del modelo establecido, los presupuestos para la emisión de un precedente, su posición frente al sistema de fuentes del Derecho y la defensa procesal del precedente vinculante. Finalmente, aparecen las apreciaciones conclusivas.

    This research focuses on the binding precedent regulated by the new Constitutional Procedure Code. It establishes the meaning and general characteristics of the binding precedent, develops its scope of application, analyzes the characteristics of the established model, the assumptions for the issuance of a precedent, its position in relation to the system of sources of law and the procedural defense of the binding precedent. Finally, it shows the conclusive appreciations.
