    Se dice que la inteligencia artificial será un avance técnico de mayor envergadura que la máquina de vapor en la revolución industrial, y que sus repercusiones económicas, sociales y jurídicas serán trascendentales. Los beneficios que esta tecnología traerá serán incontables, facilitando la vida humana y liberando al trabajador de tareas repetitivas. Sin embargo, también existen inconvenientes y peligros que podrían afectar los derechos fundamentales del ser humano, especialmente en aplicaciones de IA. Este artículo aborda estos riesgos y su impacto en los derechos humanos.

    Artificial Intelligence is set to be a technical breakthrough greater than the steam engine during the Industrial Revolution, with far-reaching economic, social, and legal implications. The benefits this technology will bring are countless, making human life easier and freeing workers from repetitive tasks. However, there are also disadvantages and dangers that may affect fundamental human rights, particularly in AI applications. This article highlights these risks and their impact on human rights.
