    La universidad a través de la lente de las épocas ha jugado un rol crucial en el desarrollo de la sociedad. En primer lugar, se presenta una reflexión en torno a la idea de universidad. En segundo lugar, se realizó un estudio enfocado en conocer los factores que afectan el desarrollo académico, esto con el objetivo de proponer soluciones encaminadas a mitigar los factores que lo afectan y que se encuentran dentro del ámbito universitario, se aplicó la encuesta por medio de SIASE para todas las facultades de la UANL respondieron la encuesta el 66.5%, 81,352 alumnos de 127,479. Los aspectos que se abordaron fueron lo socioeconómico, ambiente y hábitos escolares, emociones, estrés académico y violencia. Finalmente, se expone acerca del impacto que la formación universitaria tiene en el contexto laboral y la relación a los desafíos del presente.

    The university through the lens of the epochs has played a crucial role in the development of society. First of all, a reflection is presented around the idea of a university. Secondly, a study was carried out focused on knowing the factors that affect academic development, this with the aim of proposing solutions routed at mitigating the factors that affect it and that are within the university environment, the survey was applied through SIASE for all the faculties of the UANL responded to the survey 66.5%, 81,352 students out of 127,479. The aspects that were addressed were socioeconomic, school environment and habits, emotions, academic stress and violence. Finally, it is exposed about the impact that university education has on the work context and the relationship to the challenges of the present.
